Earlier today, Karan Johar confirmed that Varun will be teaming up with Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badri Ki Dulhania director Shashank Khaitan.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Karan wrote, “They have been a crazy team! Their dulhania franchise has met with abundant love! But their craziness hasn’t been explored! Well not till now !!! Tomorrow morning will see the announcement of a film where the winning combination of shashan khaitan and varun dhawan !!”
He went on to add, “Two close friends will come together for a maha entertainer with a dash of crazy! Get ready! And watch this space from the house and family of dharma movies.
Now its will have to been whether Alia will also be a part of this hit franchise as she was part of of both the films of the franchise.
Shashank last directorial was Dhadak featuring Janhvi kapoor and Ishaan khattar on the other hand Varun was last seen in Karan johar‘ s kalank.
