Deewana was the first released movie of Bollywood superstar’s Shahrukh khan .Released in 1992,the movie became superhit . It also features Rishi Kapoor ,Divya Bharati , Amrish puri ,Mohnish behl and Sushma Seth .
Whom Srk replaced in the movie
But do you know Shahrukh was not the first choice to play the second lead in the movie .it was Sunny deol who was first selected to play the role of Raja that eventually srk did after sunny deol rejected the role .
How SRK got the role
After Sunny rejected the role ,The film’s producer Guddu dhanowa was searching for the perfect guy.Then Sunny deol ‘s father Dharmendra who is also the close relative of Guddu dhanowa suggested Srk name to him . SRK who was already signed by Hema Malini for her directorial debut Dil aashna hai at that time was not sure to do this movie as producer and director of the movie were newcomers .It was when Rishi Kapoor signed the movie then only srk signed that movie and the rest is history.
