Director Atlee, basking in the success of his recent film, Jawan, has expressed his desire to helm a movie featuring both Thalapathy Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan. During an interview with Indian anchor Gobinath on YouTube, Atlee disclosed that the idea was discussed when the two stars attended his birthday celebrations.
In the interaction, Atlee shared that Vijay and SRK personally informed him about their willingness to collaborate on a project, specifically if he plans a two-hero film in the future.
While expressing his enthusiasm for this potential project, Atlee clarified that it is still in the early stages of development, as he is yet to start working on it. He stated, “So, I am working on it. It could be my next film. I am working very hard to come up with a script for it. Let’s see.”
During a Conclave, Atlee further expressed, “I’d choose both. I aspire to create a Rs 3000 crore film, and my budget allows for that. They’re like a wife and a mother; I can’t abandon either. Today, my success is because of Thalapathy Vijay. He trusted me, delivering consecutive hits.”
