The highly-anticipated trailer for “Sam Bahadur” has been released. Directed by Meghna Gulzar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the RSVP Movies banner, the biographical war drama film features Vicky Kaushal in the role of India’s first field marshal, Sam Manekshaw. The cast also includes Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, and Zeeshan Ayyub.

The film is written by Bhavani Iyer, Shantanu Shrivastava, and Meghna Gulzar, and it was shot in various locations including Punjab, Kashmir, and Delhi.
The movie is based on the life of Sam Manekshaw, India’s Greatest Soldier, and is set to hit cinemas on December 1, 2023. It will face competition at the box office with another film titled “Animal,” starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna.
