Ketki Dave’s husband and Gujarati star Rasik Dave died on July 29, 2022. He was battling a kidney ailment for long, suggest reports.Â
He was on dialysis for the last two years. Rasik Bhai was 65.Â
The funeral is expected to take place today. He is survived by his wife Ketki Dave and two children – a son and daughter respectively. Rasik also featured in several TV shows and films such as Byomkesh Bakshi (1993), CID, Mahabharat and EK Mahal Ho Sapno Ka among others.Â
Mr. Dave, who had been suffering from kidney ailments for the past four years, breathed his last on Friday evening, said his mother-in-law and veteran actor Sarita Joshi.
“Dave had weakness, his blood pressure and kidney issues. He was on dialysis. He was there in the hospital for about 15 to 20 days. He was brought home on Thursday and I met him and he just smiled at me. He passed away at 7-7.30 pm yesterday,” Ms. Joshi told.
