KGF: Chapter 2 has smashed all box office opening records as far as Hindi films are concerned. The film has emerged as the all time opener surpassing War. The film has crossed the magical 50 crore nett in India from Hindi alone.
KGF 2 has collected 53.95 crore nett approx on day one from the Hindi version alone. Collections are simply out of this world.It has surpassed the first day collection of War ,Which collected slightly below ie 53.35
KGF 2 has surpassed all openings including War which stands at the 53.35 crore nett mark (51.6 crore nett from Hindi). Thus, KGF 2 has emerged as the biggest opener ever. The film did it in the pre-eid period which is even praiseworthy.
Who would have predicted that a film largely made by the Kannada industry in pre-eid times will break each and every box office record in post-pandemic times? We are simply unable to explain the KGF phenomenon at this moment. Film reported a staggering 80% occupancy for day one and this has come in 4500 screens. Take that! The good news is that film is holding very strongly on Day 2 and we expect the film to do excellent again. A monstrous extended first weekend on cards now!
