Actress Shraddha Das has been active in the South film industry for the past several years. Shraddha Das has worked in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali films as well as Bollywood films.
Shraddha Das was born on 4 March 1987 in Mumbai in a Bengali family. Shraddha’s father was a businessman and mother was a housewife. Shraddha earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the SIES College of Commerce and Economics from Mumbai University with a degree in mass media.
While pursuing her graduation, Shraddha worked in theaters and also participated in workshops organized by National School of Drama artists like Piyush Mishra, Chittaranjan Giri and Salim Shah.
Along with this, Shraddha Das also worked in print advertisements like McDowells, Aristocrat and more than 400 catalogs before taking training from Gladrags Academy.
Shraddha Das made her acting debut in the year 2008 with the Telugu film ‘Siddu from Sikkulam’. He got a lot of disappointment during the first film, although later he signed some good films, which included films like ‘1820 Love Story’, ‘Diary’, ‘Adhinata’, ‘Arya 2’ etc. Sukumar’s ‘Aarya 2’ was Shraddha’s first high-profile project.
In the year 2010, Shraddha made her acting debut in Hindi cinema with the film ‘Lahore’, this film was highly appreciated. Shraddha played the role of a psychiatrist in the film.
After this Shraddha also appeared in the romantic comedy ‘Lucky Dove’ and Vivek Agnihotri’s film ‘Zid’. Apart from this, Shraddha Das has appeared in Bollywood films like ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’, ‘Great Grand Masti’ and ‘Teen Paheliyan’.
In the year 2014, Shraddha made her debut in Bengali cinema with the film ‘The Royal Bengal Tiger’. Apart from this, Shraddha has also worked in Telugu films ‘Ray’ and ‘Bandipotu’.
