This is about the time when Amitabh Bachchan was studying in Delhi University. One day he saw Nutan crossing the road. At that time Nutan was with husband Rajneesh Behl.
Actually,Amitabh was passing through Cannot place by his scooter .Suddenly He saw her passing with a man (Her husband ).Since Nutan was a big star then,he recognised her and in process he was about to fall on seeing them but was saved. Amitabh himself mentioned this in an interview
He further added that ‘Nutan was very serious about her work. On the sets of ‘Saudagar’, She was the first to put on make-up for the 6 a.m. shot. Her way of talking was wonderful. She also used to sing, once when Nutan and I met during a fantasy in Delhi, she was performing there. Before going on stage, she told him to accompany her on stage in front of the large audience, which was a matter of pride for me.
