Actor Amitabh Bachchan is very much active on social media and share his wishes,his heartout and nostalgic photos for his fans and followers. On Monday, on the occasion of Baisakhi, The living legend took to Twitter and Instagram to wish his fans.
Big B shared a throwback picture of himself from his 1978 movie suhaag where he is seen dressed as a Sikh and enjoying the festival. In the photo,we can see Shashi kapoor and Rekha in the background .Actually the photo is a still from the song Rab ne bana di jodi from the movie Suhaag directed by great filmmaker Manmohan desai.
Along with his nostalgic picture, Amitabh Bachchan went on to wish his fans with a lovely message. He wrote: “बैसाकी के पावन अवसर पर, लें बारम बार बधाई | ये दिन हर दिन मंगलमय हो, हम सब की यही दुहाई । हर्षित पल औ मधुमय जीवन, अपने घर मनाएँ | सुख शांत सुरक्षित रहें सदा, ईश्वर से यही दुआएँ ” ~ अब Happy Baisakhi love.”
Baisakhi which is celebrated on April 13, is a day that marks the beginning of the Sikh New Year and also an annual harvest festival.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in the film Gulabo Sitabo alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. The film was expected to release in April, but will be pushed due to the pandemic. Amitabh Bachchan also has Chehre and Ayaan mukherji’s Brahmastra in the pipeline.
