A social worker has filed a complaint against Ameesha Patel, accusing her of cheating. Ameesha allegedly overcharged for a gig and only performed for an ‘extremely brief’ length of time, according to the lawsuit. The actor recently tweeted about the incident, stating she “feared for her life” and thanking the cops for “getting her out of there”.
Amisha tweet read, “Attended the Navchandi Mahostav 2022 yesterday 23rd April in Khandwa city, Madhya Pradesh. Very very very badly organised by Star Flash Entertainment and Mr Arvind Pandey .. I feared for my life but I want to thank the local police for taking care of me very well.”
Sunil Jain, a social worker, allegedly filed a complaint against Ameesha, claiming that she overcharged for the event and failed to perform for the time allotted.
Ameesha released a long statement expressing her stance on the situation. “Contrary to reports doing rounds about me cheating a social worker, let me clarify, I attended the Navchandi Mahotsav in Madhya Pradesh on 23rd April 2022. The event organized by Star Flash Entertainment and Mr. Arvind Pandey was so badly organized that I feared for my life.
Ameesha has been in legal trouble before. Ajay Kumar Singh, a film producer from Ranchi, filed a lawsuit against the star in 2019, alleging her of committing a $2.5 million scam after borrowing money for her film Desi Magic.
