Vaani Kapoor is set to play the lead opposite Ajay Devgn in “Raid 2,” replacing Ileana D’Cruz who played the role in the first installment. The film, directed by Rajkumar Gupta and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, and Krishan Kumar, went on floors on January 6 in Mumbai.
In “Raid 2,” Vaani Kapoor will portray the role of Ajay Devgn’s wife. The movie is expected to be shot extensively in Mumbai, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. It is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, and is a Panorama Studios production.
The eagerly awaited sequel is scheduled for theatrical release on November 15, 2024.
