After much anticipation, the teaser for the upcoming sports drama “Lal Salaam,” starring Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth, has been released by the makers. Directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the film features Rajinikanth in an extended cameo. Lyca Productions shared the teaser on November 12th, wishing everyone a Happy Deepavali and doubling the celebrations with the powerful and intense glimpse of “Lal Salaam.”
Aishwarya Rajinikanth returns to direction after a seven-year gap, with her last project being the Tamil action-thriller “Vai Raja Vai,” which also featured Dhanush in a cameo. “Lal Salaam” is a sports drama centered around cricket, with hints of political relevance. The film boasts music composed by the legendary AR Rahman, marking his first collaboration with Aishwarya. Vishnu Rangasamy handles cinematography, and Pravin Baaskar takes charge of editing.
Scheduled for a Pongal 2024 release, “Lal Salaam” will hit the big screens in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. The teaser promises a compelling and intense cinematic experience, creating heightened excitement among fans eagerly awaiting the film’s release.
