Ever since Sajid Nadiadwala announced the fifth installment of the 2010 film Housefull, fans have been eagerly awaiting more details. The initial announcement mentioned the return of Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, but the rest of the cast has not been formally revealed yet. Amid ongoing speculations regarding the film’s cast, the production team has issued an official statement to address the matter.
Nadiadwala Grandsons released an official statement, saying, “There are many speculations circulating about the star cast of ‘Housefull 5,’ and we kindly request media outlets to refrain from making premature announcements at this stage.”
Akshay and Riteish have been consistent fixtures in the Housefull film series. The first and second installments were directed by Sajid Khan, the third by Sajid-Farhad, and the fourth by Farhad Samji. “Housefull 5” will be directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandsons. The film is scheduled for release in theaters around Diwali next year.
