After a long wait and multiple delays, the trailer of Yash, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon starrer KGF: 2 has been launched by the makers. After the powerful teaser, the expectations from the trailer of the period drama was sky-high and KGF: 2 has definitely matched the humongous hype.
Talking about the trailer, it narrates the story after Yash aka Rocky Bhai killing Garuda and how he emerges as the biggest criminal of the country. Apart from his swag and impeccable dialogue delivery, Sanjay Dutt’s menacing act as Garuda impresses us to the core.
The trailer launch of KGF 2, was held in Bangalore, which was hosted by the ace Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar. Dr Shivarajkumar graced the event as the special guest. The pan-India film will be released in multiple languages across the globe.
Written and directed by Prashanth Neel, the film also features Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Achyuth Kumar, Archana Jois, Anant Nag and Malavika Avinash in prominent roles. The first part was the biggest Kannada grosser ever and KGF 2 promises to shatter the record of its prequel.
The film is set to hit the screens on April 14 and will lock horns with Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde starrer Beast at the box office.
