Indian are celebrating the auspicious festival of Mahashivratri today. The festival, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is considered to be one of the most auspicious ones in the Hindu religion.
According to mythology, it is said that Lord Shiva got married to Goddess Parvati on the day of Mahashivratri.
Sara Ali Khan took to Instagram to share a picture of herself and wrote, “Happy Mahashivtratri Jai Bholenath.
Sara wore a traditional black salwar suit with a white shawl. She enhance her beauty with a balck bindi and a nosepin.
Devotees worship Lord Shiva, also known as Mahadeva, across the country on this day.
