Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Jersey’ does not have release on the cards. The film, that was previously postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, has been postponed once again to avoid clash with south superstar Yash’s ‘KGF: Chapter 2’, slated to release on April 14.
Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Jersey’ was earlier slated to release on December 31, but got postponed due to the shutdown of theatres owing to the Omicron virus. After things returned to normal, the makers locked April 14 as the release date of the film.
‘Jersey’ starring Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur will now release on April 22.
Recently, the makers had released the second trailer of the film, that goes on to dive deeper into Shahid’s character as a cricketer, highlighting Arjun’s passion and undying love for cricket.
