The sudden demise of singer Krishnakumar Kannath popularly known as KK has put the entire country in a state of shock. KK was the voice of a generation, and his music touched many hearts. As a result, the news of his death likely sent a shudder through the community, fans and celebrities grieve and remember the renowned singer.
Now for the antim-darshan of the singer B-townies have begun visiting KK’s residence to pay their final respects to the gem of the industry.
KK’s passing on June 2 has created a huge dent in the music industry. The singer’s mortal remains were taken to his Mumbai residence on June 1. Javed Akhtar, Shreya Ghoshal, Salim Merchant, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Udit Narayan, and others arrived at KK residence.
KK’s last rites have finally begun now at the Versova Hindu cremation ground. Several celebs as well as the late singer’s family are present in his final journey.
Several celebrities have started arriving at KK’s residence for his last rites. Among those who were just spotted outside the late singer’s house are Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, lyricist Sameer and Alka Yagnik.
KK’s last rites will be performed at the Versova Hindu cremation ground. His body is now being taken there after the antim darshan at his home. The singer’s son, Nakul, will be performing the rituals.
