According to reports, SRK had to undergo a digital 3D scanning for his face for the character of Gaurav.
Greg Cannom from Hollywood was roped in for SRK’s prosthetic make-up.

Shah Rukh Khan got a major injury during Fan’s shoot .Actually,While shooting an intense action sequence in Croatia, SRK sprained his leg on the very first day. He had to be given pain killers and physiotherapy sessions for him to be able to even stand or walk!
